Oceania Cruises has taken a significant step toward enhancing its engagement with UK travel agents through a newly launched webinar series. These training modules aim to equip agents with in-depth knowledge about the brand’s offerings and strategic initiatives.

Oceania Cruises has recently unveiled a series of educational webinars aimed at enhancing the knowledge of its UK travel partners. This initiative is part of the company’s commitment to building stronger relationships within the travel trade community.

The series consists of five concise 15-minute videos, each focusing on a different aspect of Oceania Cruises. Topics covered include the brand’s core pillars, an overview of the fleet, and the unique ‘simply MORE’ value proposition offered by Oceania. The videos are a valuable resource for agents to deepen their understanding of the company’s offerings.

To encourage participation, travel agents who complete all five videos by 31 December are eligible to enter a draw for a seven-day Mediterranean cruise in 2025. This incentive is designed to motivate agents to engage with the training material actively.

By offering such incentives, Oceania Cruises aims not only to educate but also to reward its partners, fostering a more informed and invested trade community.

One of the videos delves into Oceania’s renowned culinary experiences, highlighting onboard restaurants and specially curated chef-led Culinary Discovery Tours. This segment serves to emphasize the sophisticated dining options available to guests.

Additionally, the ‘Curated Travel Experiences’ video provides insights into the destinations visited by Oceania, along with the exclusive small group shore excursions offered.

This focus on culinary and travel experiences underlines Oceania’s commitment to providing enriching guest experiences, a key element of their luxury cruise proposition.

Another segment, titled ‘Small Ship Luxury,’ explores the different stateroom types and luxurious inclusions available to passengers.

The ‘Life On Board’ video further discusses entertainment options, such as guest speakers, sports activities, and the Aquamar Spa.

These insights showcase Oceania’s dedication to offering a comprehensive onboard experience that caters to diverse passenger interests.

The webinars are presented by Oceania’s experienced sales team, providing authoritative guidance throughout the series.

Each video is accompanied by downloadable assets aimed at enhancing brand awareness and providing additional educational resources for the trade community.

Jason Worth, vice president of international sales, expressed the line’s enthusiasm for this new training platform, stating, ‘We hope that these new videos will help us reach many new travel partners and educate them on all things Oceania Cruises.’

Earlier this year, the company appointed Kal Sindhu as the regional sales executive to strengthen ties with UK agents. This strategic move highlights Oceania’s ongoing efforts to expand its market presence.

In summary, the new webinar series by Oceania Cruises represents a strategic effort to deepen relationships with UK travel agents. By offering both educational content and attractive incentives, the company underscores its commitment to fostering an informed and engaged trade community.
