Crystal Ski Holidays has introduced new options for beginner skiers.
The company now offers packages in Austria, France, and Andorra.
Crystal Ski Holidays has introduced an expanded range of ski packages specifically tailored for beginners. This is the third consecutive year that they have enhanced this offering. Slope Starters, aimed at novice skiers and snowboarders, is now available in Niederau, Austria, in addition to locations in Soldeu, Andorra and Flaine, France. This expansion reflects the company’s commitment to broadening accessibility and providing more options for those new to the sport.
The Niederau Slope Starters beginner week is scheduled for February 1-8, 2025, while similar programmes are slated for Soldeu January 19-26, 2025, and Flaine March 8-15, 2025. Starting at £995, the packages offer a comprehensive experience, including 20kg luggage allowance, airport transfers, ski lessons, equipment hire, and a six-day lift pass. These elements ensure that participants can enjoy a stress-free holiday, with everything needed provided by the package.
An awards evening on the final night celebrates participants’ inaugural trips to the mountains, fostering a sense of achievement and camaraderie among attendees. Such inclusivity and community spirit are integral to the programme’s philosophy, which seeks to make skiing an enjoyable experience for all, regardless of previous exposure to the sport.
According to Chris Logan, Managing Director at Crystal Ski Holidays, the objective is to remove barriers to skiing for beginners. He emphasises that these holidays create memorable moments and are designed to be accessible to everyone. “We are always looking for different ways to make skiing and snowboarding more accessible for beginners,” says Logan. This strategic vision underscores the brand’s dedication to responding to consumer demands and expanding their reach within the market.
This approach allows everything to be managed under a single package, offering convenience and simplicity. It also enables participants to connect with like-minded individuals, enhancing the social aspect of the holiday. This aspect is particularly appealing to those who may be anxious about starting a new sport alone.
Feedback from past participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting the ease and enjoyment of having all aspects of their holiday planned and delivered in one package. This convenience has been a significant factor in the programme’s success and popularity.
This ongoing expansion is indicative of Crystal Ski Holidays’ commitment to innovation and adaptation in the face of evolving market demands. By consistently updating and expanding their offerings, they remain at the forefront of the industry, fulfilling their strategic aim of making skiing accessible to all.
