Carnival Cruise Line has partnered with USAirtours to enhance its UK trade offerings, providing agents with more cruise package options.

    • The joint effort aims to strengthen the trade-only booking office known as Crew, established to streamline Carnival holiday sales.
    • Agents will gain access to expanded pre-and post-cruise packages, including flights, accommodations, and attraction tickets.
    • This collaboration builds on Carnival’s previous successful partnership with Aviate, broadening the range of options available to agents.
    • The partnership leverages USAirtours’ extensive experience to offer competitive and diverse cruise package solutions.

Carnival Cruise Line has strategically partnered with USAirtours to expand its trade offerings in the UK market. This collaboration is set to significantly enhance the capabilities of the line’s trade-only booking office, Crew, which was launched in 2022. Crew offers agents a streamlined platform to sell Atol-bonded holidays, equipped with dedicated specialists focusing on trade-specific rates.

Through this partnership, agents will now have access to a wider array of package options, which include flights, pre- and post-cruise accommodations, transfers, and attraction tickets. The move is envisioned to offer a comprehensive and seamless booking experience for agents, further driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Luke Smith, UK & international sales director of Carnival Cruise Line, highlighted the importance of this partnership by stating, ‘By joining forces with USAirtours, we are enhancing the capabilities of Crew, ensuring that agents have the tools and resources they need to create amazing cruise holidays for their customers.’

The alliance builds upon Carnival’s previous collaboration with Aviate, which laid the groundwork for improving booking processes for agents. This new venture with USAirtours seeks to further these enhancements by leveraging their forty years of expertise in long-haul tour operations. This expertise is critical in crafting unique itineraries that feature exciting stopover cities and multi-centre post-cruise experiences.

Combining our expertise with Carnival’s fleet allows us to offer some of the best cruise packages in the market at highly competitive prices.”

The collaboration between Carnival Cruise Line and USAirtours marks a significant advancement in providing comprehensive, flexible cruise package solutions to trade agents.
