Four Seasons initiates a strategic rebrand of its London hotel, demonstrating a forward-looking approach within the hospitality industry.

    • Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square is now known as Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge, marking a new chapter.
    • The rebrand coincides with the hotel’s recent accolade of being awarded one Michelin key, enhancing its esteemed reputation.
    • New guest experiences are being introduced, including exclusive Thames river tours and bespoke British motorsport events.
    • Key figures within the hotel emphasise the cultural and historic significance of its dynamic London location.

Four Seasons has taken a strategic step forward by rebranding its London establishment, previously known as Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, to Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge. The hotel, which opened seven years ago, recently received a Michelin key, further elevating its reputation in the luxury hotel sector.

The rebranding aligns with the introduction of several bespoke guest experiences. Notably, guests can partake in a unique three-hour private river tour along the Thames. Additionally, the hotel offers exclusive tours of iconic landmarks such as Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, providing guests with an immersive cultural experience.

Guests are also afforded the opportunity to indulge in a chauffeured visit to Bicester Village, accompanied by a British motorsport experience at Hedley Studios. These offerings are designed to enrich the guest experience, aligning with the hotel’s commitment to providing exceptional services and memorable experiences.

Claudia Scrase, the director of sales and marketing at the hotel, remarked, “As with all things in life, we evolve, and we grow. This renaming not only puts our hotel on the map but also immerses our guests in the rich culture and dynamic energy of one of London’s most historic neighbourhoods.” Her sentiment reflects the hotel’s dedication to embracing the vibrant and historic spirit of London.

The rebranded hotel is home to the renowned La Dame de Pic London, led by French chef Anne-Sophie Pic. This restaurant earned its first Michelin star merely eight months after its opening in 2017, followed by a second star two years later. Marie Fleury, the general manager, highlights the significance of the rebranding: “Our new name captures the essence of our unique location and the quintessential British experience we offer.”

The strategic rebranding of the Four Seasons London hotel underscores its commitment to excellence and innovation within an iconic location.
