    • Ian Mackinnon has been appointed as the chief operating officer.
    • The company has doubled its workforce since the pandemic.
    • New travel itineraries have been introduced, expanding destination options.
    • Red Savannah’s focus remains on unparalleled luxury travel experiences.

Red Savannah has reported an impressive surge in sales, with figures surpassing pre-Covid levels for the second consecutive year. This achievement signifies a 41% increase in sales from 2019, reaching over $20 million. The growth reflects the company’s successful strategies in adapting to the evolving travel market and meeting the high expectations of luxury travellers.

In a move to bolster its leadership team, Red Savannah has recruited Ian Mackinnon as the chief operating officer. Mackinnon, previously with Explora and Abercrombie & Kent, is expected to bring valuable strategic insight and operational expertise to the company. His role will involve steering the company’s growth and enhancing its commitment to delivering refined travel experiences.

The company’s workforce has expanded significantly, nearly doubling in size since the pandemic. This increase in staff is a testament to Red Savannah’s expanding operations and its dedication to maintain high service standards. The recruitment of skilled individuals aligns with the company’s growth trajectory and operational demands.

Red Savannah continues to diversify its offerings by introducing new travel itineraries to destinations like Mustang in Nepal, Sri Lanka, and South Africa. Additional villa accommodations in locations such as France and Spain further enhance the company’s portfolio, offering clients a wider array of luxury travel options.

George Morgan-Grenville, Red Savannah’s founder and CEO, emphasised the company’s focus on maintaining cutting-edge products designed by experienced travel designers. He stated, “We see this growth as a direct result of our unrelenting focus on maintaining cutting edge product designed by some of the most experienced travel designers in the luxury travel industry.” The leadership addition is seen as vital in sustaining the firm’s ethos of generosity and avoiding unnecessary cost-cutting measures.
