This stake is being transferred from a consortium led by global investment firm Certares. L Catterton has pledged its support for AmaWaterways’ ongoing growth efforts, partnering with founders Rudi Schreiner, Kristin Karst, and the Murphy family, all of whom will remain actively involved.
