Swan Hellenic, a UK-based cruise line, is offering a new schedule for its newly remodelled cruise liner, Minerva.
The cruise ship will be calling at 16 new ports of call during its 2013-2014 schedules, including maiden calls at Spitsbergen, Norway; Bangor, Northern Ireland; Dingle, Ireland; Cartagena, Colombia; and the San Blas Islands, Panama.
The new 2013 brochure is offering a total of 184 ports for its passengers to choose from, and the brochure is available online at www.swanhellenic.us.
The cruise itineraries include 11 to 21 days of cruising, as part of the company’s Summer 2013 programme to The British Isles, Northern Europe, The Baltic, Mediterranean and the Black Sea. The Winter 2013 cruises include voyages to the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
The cruises are available for booking at a 15 percent saving on early booking fares, to be reserved by August 31, 2012, for cruises departing from May 21 to December 19, 2013.
The fares for the new itineraries start from £75 per person per day, and are inclusive of historical destinations, lectures by noted guest speakers, a selection of shore excursions, gratuities and port fees.
The 350-passenger, Minerva, has recently completed a renovation project for its public areas and a number of suites with balconies. The project also included upgrading all 181 staterooms with new en-suite bathrooms. The cruise liner now also features the brand new Orpheus Lounge & Bar, a forward observation lounge with views; an extended Shackleton Bar; a new Livingstone Lounge for leisure, and an Internet lounge with Wi-Fi access.
