A London Dungeon exhibit has been given added creepy credibility after an artificial human skeleton has revealed to be real. The skeleton which has been at the attraction since 1975, is now believed to date back much further. Bill Edwards, curator at Guy’s Hospital medical museum believes the remains – which consist of a rib cage and backbone – were wired together in the 1950s. Troubled holiday firm Thomas Cook have reassured customers that their holidays are in ‘safe hands’ following news of an extra £100million lifeline loan from its banks last week. The firm however may still be axing 200 of its 1,100 UK shops and slash 1,000 jobs in a bid to cut its huge debt. Brits are the worst when it comes to stealing various objects when staying in hotels abroad, a survey has revealed. In a recent survey conducted by the discount travel site ‘Hotwire.com’, results showed that when Brits holiday abroad they are notorious for stealing various objects from the hotel that they are staying in. Of the general public that were interviewed, almost half of holiday-makers thought it to be perfectly acceptable to take hotel items as and when they pleased, especially if they felt that they had over-paid for their room.
