Booking.com, one of the world’s leading digital travel platforms, has announced a new global integration with FareHarbor, a leading software provider for the tours and activities sector, further enhancing its range of experiences available to travellers on Booking.com.

Through this partnership, more than 150,000 additional attractions will be introduced incrementally via the FareHarbor Distribution Network, spanning thousands of new destinations. This significant expansion of Booking.com’s experiences offering will give travellers even greater access to unique activities across the globe.

The collaboration strengthens Booking.com’s Attractions portfolio while providing FareHarbor’s network of operators with direct access to millions of travellers. FareHarbor now joins Musement, Viator, and Klook as a key partner, helping Booking.com deliver an unparalleled selection of high-quality attractions in more than 5,000 cities across 115 countries. From iconic landmarks to authentic local adventures and outdoor activities, there will be something to suit every interest.

Some of the new experiences available include Montserrat Hiking Tour in Spain, Whitby and Yorkshire Steam Rail in the UK, Volcanoes and Hot Springs in Greece, and the Prague Christmas Market tour.

Booking attractions also enables travellers to enhance their Genius status. The Genius loyalty programme rewards customers not just for accommodation bookings but also for flights, attractions, car rentals, and taxis – offering even greater value and a more connected, rewarding travel experience.

To help travellers navigate the growing choice of attractions, Booking.com is harnessing AI technology to streamline the booking process. By grouping similar activities and using conversational AI tools, travellers can refine their search and easily find experiences that best suit their interests and needs.

Eve Henrikson, SVP of Booking.com’s Trips division, commented: “Seeing attractions and experiencing activities brings a destination to life. They transform a trip from a simple visit into a memorable experience. That’s why we’re excited to work in closer collaboration with FareHarbor to expand our offering with an even wider variety of great things to do in more of the destinations that our customers know and love.”

Andrea Carini, CEO of FareHarbor, added: “We’re proud to partner even more closely with Booking.com to give our operators even more ways to grow. This integration unlocks new visibility and demand for experiences on a truly global scale. It’s an exciting step forward in our mission to support local businesses by connecting them to the travellers already booking their trips in their area.”
