A-Rosa River Cruises has unveiled an exciting football-themed competition to kick off the UEFA Euro 2024 festivities. The competition offers participants a chance to showcase their football skills and win a £200 night out.

    Engage and Compete

The competition encourages agents to put their football talents to the test through an engaging keepie-uppie challenge. Participants can showcase their skills and aim to secure a spot on the prestigious EU-ROSA 2024 league table. The winning agent earns the choice of a memorable team night out or a delightful party, featuring pizza, drinks, and treats, all capped at £200.

With opportunities for both physical and virtual participation, agents can join in the competition wherever they are. Sales team members Michelle Daniels and Emma Rodgers act as referees, visiting shops, offices, and training events with A-Rosa branded footballs. Agents can also submit their keepie-uppie videos via email for a chance to participate.

    A Light-Hearted Initiative

Sales director Michelle Daniels emphasises the fun and inclusive nature of the competition. She stated, ‘We wanted to bring a bit of fun to agents and see if their ball skills match their booking skills’. The competition is designed for maximum engagement, offering entry opportunities during visits or via video submissions.

Michelle further added, ‘So, if you’re mum to a Maguire, related to a Rashford, spouse to a Saka or fancy yourself as a bit of a Beckham, then this competition is perfect for you!’ Agents are encouraged to practice diligently and climb the league table for a chance to win amazing prizes.

    Flexibility in Participation

A key feature of this initiative is its inclusivity. Family members, including children and partners, are allowed to enter, widening the scope for participation.

The digital entry option sets a new standard, allowing entrants from various locations to compete without geographical constraints. By incorporating alternative pathways for engagement, A-Rosa ensures high participation rates.

Utilising social media and email platforms, the competition remains accessible, with agents encouraged to upload videos showcasing their skills. This approach is designed to heighten engagement and create a unique buzz around the A-Rosa brand.

    Promoting Team Spirit

This competition highlights the company’s commitment to fostering team spirit among agents. By offering a choice between collaborative or individual rewards, A-Rosa promotes both competition and camaraderie.

The decision to offer a team night out versus a personal party underscores the dual focus on personal achievement and group celebration. This flexibility aligns with A-Rosa’s strategy to cater to diverse preferences among its agents.

    Building Brand Loyalty

By launching such interactive initiatives, A-Rosa aims to strengthen its relationship with its agents. The possibility of winning a £200 night out serves as a significant incentive to engage more deeply with the brand.

The strategy is clear: engage agents in a fun, memorable way that solidifies their connection to the company.

Hosting events and competitions that resonate with agents’ interests is a proven method to build brand loyalty, and A-Rosa’s football-themed competition is a testament to this approach.

    Leveraging the Euro 2024 Excitement

Tapping into the excitement surrounding UEFA Euro 2024, A-Rosa leverages a global sports event to bolster its marketing efforts.

Aligning with such a high-profile event enhances the visibility of the competition, attracting attention from a wide audience.

This strategic alignment not only creates enthusiasm among participants but also elevates A-Rosa’s stature in the market, linking the company with one of football’s most prestigious tournaments.

Agents are motivated to participate not just for the material rewards but for the shared experiences and relationships built through the competition.

A-Rosa River Cruises’ football-themed initiative is not only entertaining but also strategically designed to enhance agent engagement and brand loyalty. With its inclusive, flexible format and alignment with UEFA Euro 2024, this competition promises to be a memorable experience for all participants.
