MSC Cruises has strategically enhanced their trade team in the UK and Ireland through significant appointments and promotions.

To strengthen their trade operations, the company welcomes new talent and acknowledges the contributions of existing team members.

The UK team sees the arrival of Charlotte Petrides as a senior trade support executive, accompanied by Zoe White and Jessica Pearson in trade support roles. Tasked with reinforcing trade relationships, these new hires will report directly to Claire Smith, the head of trade support and training.

In Ireland, Suzanne Rowe steps up to oversee the luxury brand, Explora Journeys, while continuing as head of sales for MSC Cruises. Alana Byrne, reporting to Rowe, advances to senior account manager.

The team collectively boasts over 101 years of experience, underscoring their expertise and commitment to driving sales.

Such market dynamics have reinforced MSC Cruises’ position as a preferred choice for holidaymakers seeking reliable sunshine.

These initiatives are set to expand their market footprint and cater to guests’ evolving holiday preferences.

The company remains steadfast in pursuing excellence and setting benchmarks in the cruise industry.

MSC Cruises continues its customer-centric approach, ensuring offerings align with holiday expectations and trends.

Through strategic appointments and internal promotions, MSC Cruises demonstrates their commitment to excellence.

Their approach not only strengthens their trade teams in the UK and Ireland but also ensures continued business growth.
