    HolidayPirates Group Sees Nearly €480M in Travel Transactions in 2024

    The HolidayPirates Group has revealed its 2024 business performance, showing impressive growth across its online travel platform. Operating in ten countries, the company recorded a mediated Total Transaction Value (TTV) of €477.47 million—an increase of nearly 20% compared to 2023. This strong performance highlights the group’s continued expansion and rising consumer demand for online travel deals.

    The United Kingdom was the second-best performing market. Through HolidyPirates, the group reached a mediated TTV of 100 million euros, 15.3% more than in 2023. In the first place was the DACH region, that encompasses Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with 161.86 million euros of mediated TTV, an 8.3% increase compared to the previous year. Italy was the third most important country for the group performance with 74.61 million euros (+28.3%) of mediated TTV. France saw 69.2 million euros in TTV, 24.2% more than the previous year. The US achieved an increase of 83.2%, Poland and Spain grew by 64.7% and by 52%, respectively. These three countries were the leading markets in terms of growth rate.

    The group’s social media channels, newsletters and WhatsApp messaging, among other CRM tools, were key to this commercial results across its ten markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, the UK and the United States.

    Another highlight of HolidayPirates’ financial figures in 2024 has been the increase of its customer base. The company’s commercial strategy, based on social media and direct messaging channels, has proved to be right, as the number of its social media followers increased from 13.31 million in 2023 to 16.75 million people in March 2025, up 26%. The number of followers in the UK grew by 24% to nearly 2.53 million in the same period. On Instagram, HolidayPirates has more followers than other established competitors.  Altogether, the group’s 26 million subscribers and followers generate up to 20 million sessions on its different websites and apps every month.
