    • Accelya and Air Transat sign a new multi-year FLX Platform agreement
    • Accelya now powers NDC for two of the three biggest airlines in Canada and six of the top 15 in North America
    • The agreement demonstrates the openness and flexibility of the FLX platform by integrating with Air Transat PSS to deliver NDC
    • Accelya’s AWS-powered FLX platform is delivering more than 350K personalised offers each second, bringing innovation and scalability for airlines looking to drive customer satisfaction and revenue through NDC adoption while laying the foundations for Offer and Order transformation

Accelya, a leading global software provider to the airline industry, announces a new partnership with Montreal-based airline, Air Transat, for its FLX Platform and the provision of New Distribution Capabilities (NDC).

Air Transat, voted 2024 World’s Best Leisure Airline at the Skytrax World Airline Awards, will utilise the FLX Platform to deliver personalised offers, enhance traveller experiences, and take control of its distribution.

The Accelya FLX Platform, powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and trusted by many of the world’s leading airlines, enabled more than half of all global NDC transactions in 2023, according to data from T2RL and is now generating more than 350k personalised offers per second across its airline partners.

Open by nature, Accelya’s modular solutions are built to integrate with airline customers and partners. This agreement demonstrates this openness, as Accelya will integrate with Radixx Res for the first time to deliver NDC-enabled content.

Benjamin Pron, Vice President Commercial, Air Transat: “As the world’s number one leisure airline, we understand the need to continually innovate and ensure we can deliver the content our business partners want in the channel of their choice. Accelya’s years of experience developing and building NDC, track record in delivering real NDC adoption, and solution flexibility were key factors in choosing to partner with them. The Accelya FLX Platform will deliver partner-centric retailing, enabling Air Transat to offer personalised and flexible options. We are delighted to partner with Accelya on our modern retailing journey.”
