British Airways, a UK based airline, is offering a range of sunny locations for holidays for the forthcoming winter holiday season.

The airline is offering holidays to sunny destinations including Barbados, St Kitts, Tobago, Grenada, and St Lucia in the Caribbean, Miami, Orlando and Phoenix in the USA, Bermuda, Dubai, and the Maldives, as well as Malaga, and Alicante in Spain, and Faro, in Portugal.

The airline claims to be offering attractive fares to these destinations, which can be booked until October 24, 2012, for travel dates up to March 31, 2013.

For Caribbean destinations, customers could save around £150 each on booking a seven night holiday in Barbados, on flights departing from November 1 to December 5, 2012, inclusive of return British Airways flights from London Gatwick Airport, and room only accommodation at a three star resort, the All Seasons Resort Europa.

The airline is also offering all-inclusive packages to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, for seven nights’ accommodation, for departures from January 5 to 25, 2012, from London Gatwick Airport.

British Airways is also offering an online deposit payments option for its customers booking long distance holidays. Available to customers that book their holiday package on the airline website, the facility will allow them to secure their vacations for £150 per booking, with the balance payable 10 weeks before departure.

Recently, Claire Bentley, the managing director of British Airways Holidays, said, ‘Following customer feedback, we are delighted to be able to introduce this new function on ba.com which will really assist holidaymakers and allow them to take advantage of all the benefits that deposit payments give.

Customers will have the ability to pay a deposit now, secure the price and then save for the remainder of the balance which they will then pay closer to departure. This will benefit both families looking to budget for their 2013 holidays as well as those looking to book a special occasion like a honeymoon or luxury holiday.’
