Villa Sea Princess Nika, part of the Lošinj Hotels & Villas collection, has been named a finalist in the International Award category at The Brit List Awards 2024. This prestigious accolade, hosted by Hotel Designs, honours the most influential projects and individuals in global hospitality design.

Located in the serene surroundings of Čikat Bay, Villa Sea Princess Nika is a newly constructed marvel, combining classical architecture with modern luxury. Spread across three floors, the villa features seven lavishly appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, embellished with fine stones. The interiors are graced with bespoke Italian furnishings from Martini, handwoven silk carpets, and an eclectic mix of contemporary lighting complemented by antique Venetian Murano chandeliers.

The Brit List Awards is the UK’s leading programme recognising excellence in hospitality design, architecture, and innovation. This year’s finalists, selected by an esteemed judging panel, including industry leaders such as Grant Pierrus, Will Duffey, Tina Norden, and Michael Bonsor, represent the finest talent across 13 categories. Villa Sea Princess Nika’s inclusion among these finalists underscores its status as one of the world’s most extraordinary hospitality destinations.

Guests at Villa Sea Princess Nika are treated to an unparalleled experience, with a rustic, French-inspired kitchen featuring marble finishes and a dining space for ten. The villa’s wine cellar, accommodating up to 14 guests, doubles as a sophisticated conference room, while the living area and private spa—complete with sauna, steam room, and gym—provide an oasis of relaxation.

Outdoors, the villa offers layered terraces with stunning views of Čikat Bay, shaded pergolas, an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, and a private gazebo terrace, perfect for group gatherings. Its exterior design, featuring grand arched façades, columns, and preserved elements of white Brač stone from the original 1909 villa, evokes a timeless elegance.

The winners will be revealed at a ceremony on 6 November 2024 at the iconic Ministry of Sound in London.
