    bmi regional to offer ‘rock star’ feel with private jet service this summer

    As the UK summer carnival season kicks off with Glastonbury festival, bmi regional is offering customers who crave that rock star feeling the showiness of travelling by private jets with full in-flight service.

    Aspiring rock-stars can hire a 50-seater bmi regional jet aircraft for their private use, including full in-flight service with customised menu and bar, at rates starting from £300 per person per day. Guests can also have their own name on the aircraft exterior.

    Guests can also choose their own schedule, a UK departure airport and a short haul destination for the flight. The aircraft can fly and return within the day, a perfect rock star day out to Cannes, Milan or to Scandinavia.

    With a range of private charter clients, and 70 years’ of flying practice, bmi regional has experience in offering personalised solutions to suit private charter requirements. The airline can lay claim to leading movie stars, sports stars and bands from across the globe regularly hiring bmi regional aircraft to jet between shows and games.

    bmi regional offers low-fare private charter of its 50-seater Embraer aircraft, including personal livery, from £15,000 per day. Based on 50 passengers travelling from a UK airport to a short haul destination such as southern France, Croatia or Iceland – the cost is £300 per person, including full in-flight service.

    bmi regional, which has been named the UK’s most punctual scheduled airline for nine consecutive years, marked its second anniversary as an independent airline in June 2014, and serves over 20 destinations across Europe.
