Minor Hotels is expanding its Avani brand in Australia with the introduction of Avani Living Queen’s Wharf Residences in Brisbane, Queensland’s vibrant capital. The property joins the growing Avani portfolio as a premium short- and long-stay offering, catering to both corporate travellers and leisure guests seeking a smarter, more flexible way to stay.

Avani Living provides a new concept within the Avani brand, designed to meet the rising demand for spacious, comfortable, and adaptable accommodation. The Queen’s Wharf Residences feature 225 suites with one, two, and three bedrooms, all equipped with full kitchens and laundry facilities. Guests enjoy contemporary design, functionality, and ease, whether staying for a single night, a week, or an extended period.

Stylish, contemporary interiors and communal spaces throughout the property invite connection from day to night. Premium amenities including a lap pool, sauna and steam room elevate guests’ stay with hotel-level comfort. Signature Avani touches including music that changes intuitively throughout the day, weekly wellness activations, and a grab-and-go The Pantry at Avani will be introduced in 2026.

Located within the landmark Queen’s Wharf precinct, Avani Living Queen’s Wharf Residences places guests just moments from Brisbane’s riverfront, dining and entertainment hub. With Brisbane labelled as one of Australia’s hottest travel destinations Avani Living Queen’s Wharf Residences is ideally positioned to capture the growing demand of domestic and international leisure and business travellers.

Craig Hooley, Chief Operating Officer of Minor Hotels Australasia, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Avani Living Queen’s Wharf Residences to our Avani portfolio. As demand for Brisbane continues to increase, this addition strengthens our presence in the city and allows us to meet the increasing demand from travellers seeking more space, comfort and flexibility, whether their stay is short or long term.”
