Developed in collaboration with My Booking Rewards (MBR), a recognised leader in agent incentives, the programme allows agents to earn up to £55 in cash for each qualifying booking of three nights or more. In addition, agents can collect up to 950 Velas points per booking, which are redeemable for complimentary night stays at any Velas Resorts property in Mexico.

With a tiered system designed to increase incentives, the Velas Ambassador Club features three distinct membership levels based on the total number of room nights logged. As agents progress, they unlock enhanced point bonuses that accelerate the opportunity to redeem for free nights.
All new members begin as Level One Ambassador Club members after logging between three and 59 room nights. They will receive a 1,000-point welcome bonus and an exclusive day pass to experience one of the Velas properties. Agents who log between 60 and 119 room nights will achieve the Master Level, accompanied by a 1,500-point bonus. Those reaching the Elite Level, by logging 120 room nights or more, will be rewarded with an impressive 2,000-point bonus.
