In response to a notable surge in demand, CV Villas has announced a significant expansion of its property offerings.

With the addition of 56 new villas, the company aims to cater to the growing interest in prime holiday destinations such as the Algarve and the Greek islands.

CV Villas has reported a substantial increase in booking demand, prompting the addition of 56 new villas to its portfolio. This move comes as the holiday market sees a strong rebound, with travellers eager to explore new destinations. This expansion not only enhances CV Villas’ offerings but also strengthens its position in the competitive holiday rental market.

The company has launched its first TV advertising campaign in two years, designed to captivate audiences with its personalised service message. Running through January and February on prominent channels, the advert seeks to convey the brand’s commitment to customer-centric services.

Supporting the TV advert, CV Villas has rolled out a comprehensive marketing initiative that includes direct mail, e-marketing, and social media promotions under the slogan ‘We do things your way’.

In a bid to further engage agents, CV Villas is offering a special incentive: the chance to win a seven-night villa stay in Corfu.

Bookings made during January automatically enter agents into this exciting prize draw, aiming to boost sales and encourage greater collaboration with travel agents.

The villa expansion includes 34 properties already available, with an additional 22 set to go live soon. This strategic move targets high-demand regions such as the Algarve, where bookings have surged by 60% year-on-year.

Other locations like the Greek islands, including Paxos, Crete, and Corfu, have also seen significant increases, with a 35% rise in interest.

In Majorca, bookings have similarly climbed by 20%, reflecting a broader trend of increased travel activity in these desirable destinations.

CV Villas aims to enhance holiday experiences with customised options, providing services such as private chefs and local excursions. These offerings are designed to add a personal touch to villa holidays, ensuring memorable stays for clients.

The brand remains dedicated to highlighting these unique features to travel agents, enabling them to deliver tailored experiences that meet diverse client needs.

Pete Brudenell, Managing Director at CV Villas, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I am hugely proud and excited about this campaign; the advert aims to captivate audiences and convey our commitment to personalised service.”

He reiterated the brand’s ethos, emphasising the significance of keeping the customer at the heart of their services.

With a strong foundation and strategic growth plans, CV Villas is poised to capitalise on the rising demand for high-quality villa holidays, strengthening its market presence.

In conclusion, CV Villas’ strategic expansion and innovative marketing efforts position it well to meet the increasing demands of the holiday market, ensuring memorable experiences for travellers.
