Not Just Travel, a prominent name in the travel industry, has undertaken an ambitious fundraising initiative with a target of £10,000. The company is set to conquer the challenging Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru this autumn, reinforcing its commitment to making a positive social impact.

Comprising twenty of its consultants and corporate team members, the initiative is aptly named ‘Breast Trek Ever’. The endeavour is dedicated to raising funds for causes such as the Pink Ribbon Foundation, a charity selected to honour Rachael Coyne, a consultant twice victorious in her battle against breast cancer.

The 25-mile trek promises to be both a physical and emotional journey for the participants. Not Just Travel’s key trade partner, G Adventures, plays a crucial role in this mission. Participants are expected to experience a profound sense of community and accomplishment. Moreover, this initiative provides a platform to contribute to a worthy cause while fostering team spirit amongst the consultants.

Witt praised the support from G Adventures, describing the trip as transformative for both the consultants and the beneficiaries of the Pink Ribbon Foundation. His past trek, which left him with an ‘innate sense of peace’, underscores his endorsement of the challenge.

These efforts ensure the story reaches a broader audience, sharing the mission’s impact and the team’s journey.

Lisa Allen of the Pink Ribbon Foundation praised the partnership, noting how the funds directly benefit several UK charities associated with breast cancer, thus magnifying the initiative’s positive outcomes.

He hopes to share his journey with clients, enhancing his travel business while supporting a cause close to his heart, having been personally touched by breast cancer through friends and family.

Through strategic partnerships and motivated team members, the company not only hopes to reach its ambitious fundraising target but also aims to inspire others within the industry to embark on similar philanthropic journeys.
