Online Travel Training (OTT) introduces a captivating initiative designed to invigorate learning while rewarding participants. Starting from March 25, agents will engage in a treasure hunt with enticing prizes.

Participants can uncover hidden ‘Eggs’ within the platform, offering rewards like £500 Amazon vouchers, prosecco, and more. This hunt not only boosts knowledge but also adds excitement to the learning process.

OTT is fostering an interactive environment that encourages agents to immerse themselves deeply in the courses. The initiative runs until April 1, motivating participants with the promise of attractive prizes hidden throughout the lessons.

This novel approach is designed to make learning more engaging by embedding elements of surprise and competition. Courses with hidden eggs allow agents a chance to be entered into a prize draw, thus blending education with entertainment efficiently.

Among the enticing prizes, the most coveted is the ‘Golden Egg’, worth £500 in Amazon vouchers provided by Avis. Other rewards include a rich assortment of chocolates, rum cakes, and a special Panama City Beach Goodie bag.

The inclusion of diverse gifts aims to cater to a wide range of preferences, ensuring something for everyone. This mix of prizes is strategically designed to maintain high levels of engagement and motivation among participants.

The treasure hunt aims to promote active learning, enhancing agents’ confidence in product and service sales.

By incorporating fun elements, OTT seeks to create a memorable and effective learning experience.

Courses completed with an Easter egg position agents for a prize draw entry, even offering a chance for those already finished to participate further.

Julia Feuell, managing director, expressed the team’s enthusiasm, saying, “The OTT team have enjoyed hiding eggs throughout our courses to offer our agents the chance to win delicious prizes and a £500 Golden Egg shopping voucher.”

Feuell emphasises this initiative as a blend of fun and educational reinforcement, highlighting the importance of confidence in selling strategies.

The hunt not only crowdsources interest but fosters community among the agents, creating a shared objective and collaboration.

It invites agents who have completed courses to upgrade or re-engage, enhancing their learning pathway with added incentives.

OTT’s strategy underlines the importance of making continuous learning an enjoyable and sought-after activity, ultimately driving better sales techniques.

The positive feedback from participants demonstrates the value of gamified learning approaches in professional development.

Since its launch, the initiative has recorded a surge in engagement, with agents expressing excitement and renewed commitment to their courses.

In summary, the treasure hunt initiative offers a multi-faceted approach to learning that combines elements of fun, competition, and reward.

It effectively addresses the challenges of maintaining interest and motivation in continuous professional education.

OTT’s Easter treasure hunt successfully merges learning with entertainment, offering substantial rewards to motivate agents.

This initiative exemplifies how creativity in educational approaches can lead to enhanced engagement and improved learning outcomes.
