In a strategic move to capture the upscale travel market, Riverside Luxury Cruises is launching an extensive range of itineraries for 2025, featuring journeys of up to 23 nights. This ambitious plan aims to attract discerning travellers seeking immersive experiences along Europe’s iconic waterways. The programme boasts more than 170 departures over 52 distinctly curated itineraries, utilizing the plush vessels Riverside Debussy, Riverside Ravel, and Riverside Mozart.
A noteworthy feature of these offerings is the introduction of combination itineraries. This allows guests to seamlessly cruise on both the Riverside Debussy and Riverside Ravel across renowned rivers such as the Rhine and Rhone. Additionally, Riverside Debussy will extend its reach to the Main and Moselle rivers, while Riverside Mozart will explore the Danube. Overnight stays in multiple destinations provide passengers with the opportunity to delve deeper into local cultures and landscapes.
The Riverside brand emerged through the strategic acquisition by Seaside Collection of the former Crystal Cruises river fleet, facilitating a strong entry into the luxury river cruise domain. Beginning its second operational year on April 2, 2025, the Riverside Debussy will embark on a seasonal seven-night tour in the picturesque Dutch countryside during the tulip-blooming period, departing from Amsterdam.
Further enriching the 2025 season, Riverside Ravel and Riverside Mozart will commence their voyages in April with unique itineraries. Riverside Ravel will offer a short, three-night Rhone sampler cruise starting from Lyon and travelling to captivating stops like Viviers, Tarascon, and Arles. Meanwhile, Riverside Mozart will provide a Danube experience set around Easter, journeying from Passau in Germany to Budapest.
A series of thematic cruises, including Christmas market tours, are scheduled for late November, underscoring the brand’s commitment to delivering varied and captivating experiences year-round. Charlie Hewitt Davies, UK managing director, expressed enthusiasm for the updated itineraries, highlighting the unparalleled luxury and spacious accommodations that the three all-suite ships provide. “We look forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces onboard in 2025 and beyond,” he stated.
The extended itineraries and luxurious offerings position Riverside Luxury Cruises as a promising choice for sophisticated river travel enthusiasts.
