    Hays Travel has expanded its Big Thank You initiative to include employees from Travel House and Miles Morgan Travel. This initiative, now in its third year, aims to reward outstanding employees monthly.

    From September to December, seven employees will be randomly selected each month to receive prizes ranging from financial support for bills to shopping sprees. This initiative underscores Hays Travel’s commitment to recognising and rewarding its dedicated staff.

    Expansion to Include More Staff

    Hays Travel has extended its Big Thank You initiative to include staff from its Travel House and Miles Morgan Travel businesses. The expansion aims to foster greater inclusivity and recognise the hard work and commitment of a broader range of employees.

    The Big Thank You initiative, now in its third year, will award monthly prizes to seven employees from September through December. This expansion reflects Hays Travel’s dedication to valuing and motivating its workforce.

    Prize Details and Schedule

    In September, the selected winners will receive £500 towards their bills for six months, providing substantial financial relief. This prize targets everyday financial burdens, allowing employees to focus more on their professional and personal growth.

    October will see winners receiving up to £2,000 towards a holiday of their choice. This generous prize enables employees to enjoy a well-deserved break, promoting work-life balance and overall well-being.

    In November, a £2,000 shopping spree is up for grabs. This prize offers employees the chance to indulge and treat themselves, acknowledging their dedication and hard work throughout the year. Details about the December prize will be revealed later.
