InteleTravel Ireland has announced the appointment of its first Ambassador, Dee Shahzad, reflecting its significant business growth in recent months.

The company, which now boasts more than 700 advisors in Ireland, reported a remarkable surge in bookings and revenues for June, indicating a robust upward trajectory.

Dee Shahzad Takes on Mentorship Role

With over two decades of experience in the travel industry, Dee Shahzad’s new role encompasses mentoring other advisors, supporting training initiatives, and co-presenting at InteleTravel events.

Shahzad’s extensive training and proven expertise as a presenter have paved the way for her appointment. “I think what InteleTravel offers is amazing and I want to help other advisors succeed,” she stated.

    InteleTravel’s Expansion in Ireland

InteleTravel Ireland’s growth is evident with over 700 advisors now under its umbrella. The company reported a 57% increase in revenues for June compared to the same period last year.

The average booking value surged by 23% to €1,202 in June. Remarkably, the highest booking achieved by an advisor in the same month was for €64,700, earmarked for a holiday to Disneyland Paris.

    Record-Breaking Revenue Growth

The year 2024 has shown exceptional growth for InteleTravel, with revenues up by 75% from the previous year. These figures underscore the company’s strong position in the marketplace.

The company’s model allows advisors to expand their customer base gradually. With a one-off joining fee of €142 and a monthly cost of €32, advisors can operate on both full-time and part-time bases.

    Supplier Relationships and Market Demand

One of InteleTravel’s key suppliers in Ireland is Travel Solutions, whose operations director, Julie Magill, acknowledged the steady growth in business requests for varied holidays including summer sun, short breaks, the US, and skiing trips. “Business is building steadily and we really feel it’s the tip of the iceberg,” she commented.

    Ambassador’s Future Engagements

In her new capacity as Ambassador, Dee Shahzad will represent InteleTravel at their annual conference in Sorrento this October, showcasing the brand’s strengths and future directions.

Her active involvement as a mentor and presenter is expected to contribute significantly towards the continuing education and success of her peers within the company.

“I’m looking forward to representing InteleTravel in a professional manner and also representing Ireland,” Shahzad added, highlighting her commitment to her new role.

    Advisor Support and Training

InteleTravel places a high value on the comprehensive training and support provided to its advisors. This structured approach includes various training modules that are crucial for the advisors’ professional development.

The company’s emphasis on training ensures that advisors are well-equipped to meet client demands efficiently and effectively. Regular events and workshops are cornerstone elements of this support system.

The collaborative environment fostered by InteleTravel encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, further solidifying their position in the competitive travel industry.

    Client Engagement and Booking Trends

The upward trends in bookings and client engagement reflect the company’s strategic focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.

InteleTravel has successfully tapped into key market segments, with popular destinations including the US, Europe, and specialized holiday packages like skiing trips and short breaks.

    Strategic Growth Plans

Looking ahead, InteleTravel aims to maintain its growth trajectory by leveraging its robust advisor network and expanding its service offerings.
