Riverside Luxury Cruises is revolutionising how it manages its familiarisation trips by partnering with Jerne, a leading software provider.

This collaboration is set to enhance the convenience and effectiveness with which travel advisors can apply and experience first-hand Riverside’s opulent river cruises across Europe.

Riverside Luxury Cruises has officially collaborated with the software company Jerne to enhance the process of offering recruitment trips, or ‘fam’ trips. Through the innovative Jerne platform, agents can now effortlessly apply for guided trips. These trips are available on more than 500 Riverside voyages scheduled on the Danube, Rhine, Rhône, Moselle, and Main rivers, extending up to December 2025.

Jen Halboth, the Chief Executive of Riverside Luxury Cruises, emphasised the strategic advantage of using the Jerne platform. She expressed, “Partnering with Jerne provides us with an efficient and effective platform to manage the vetting, application process, and marketing opportunity related to hosting travel advisors.” This move underlines Riverside’s commitment to supporting travel advisors by offering firsthand experience of Riverside’s offerings.

Additionally, by partnering with Jerne, Riverside Luxury Cruises can automatically connect with Jerne’s existing network of top travel advisors. These advisors are part of The 1000 Club, renowned for being some of the world’s most influential travel advisors. This connection grants Riverside immediate access to a group of professionals well-versed in promoting travel experiences.

Tim Morgan, Jerne’s Chief Executive, highlighted their role in the partnership, stating, “According to our survey of hundreds of top travel advisors, their priority is experiencing new products that they can share with their top clients.” By collaborating with Riverside, Jerne aligns with its mission to provide travel advisors with precisely what they need to augment their sales and enhance their agency’s offerings.

Such collaborations reflect a growing focus on technological advancement and digital transformation in the travel sector, showcasing how digitisation can play a pivotal role in elevating service delivery.

Additionally, the strategic alliance is expected to enhance Riverside’s brand reputation, providing greater visibility among key industry players. This move is intended to gather valuable market insights and form lasting relationships with leading travel advisors.

Looking forward, Riverside Luxury Cruises envisions further integrations with cutting-edge technologies to continue enhancing advisor and customer experiences. By constantly refining their service offerings through partnerships like this, Riverside aims to maintain its status as a leading innovator in luxury river cruising, setting impressive standards for others in the industry.

In conclusion, Riverside Luxury Cruises’ collaboration with Jerne is poised to set a new standard in the travel industry.

By integrating technology with traditional fam trip processes, Riverside is cementing its commitment to excellence and innovation. Their strategic move is likely to benefit both agents and customers, providing a seamless and enriched travel experience.
