Irish low fares airline, Ryanair, has launched its Summer-2016 schedule for Glasgow, Bristol and Edinburgh.
Ryanair has announced its Summer-2016 Glasgow schedule, with a new route to Berlin and four daily flights to London, and 26 routes in total. The company will also add more flights on its Glasgow – London route, increasing it to four times daily. The Glasgow Summer plan is expected to carry 1.7 million customers p.a. and support 1,275 ‘on-site’ jobs at Glasgow Intl and Glasgow Prestwick.
At Bristol, Ryanair announced its Summer-2016 schedule with two new routes to Krakow and Reus, and 29 routes in total. It has also announced more flights from Bristol to Alicante (10 weekly), Palma (10 weekly) and Venice (three weekly). The airline’s Bristol schedule for Summer-2016 is expected to deliver over 1.5 million customers p.a. and support 1,160 ‘on-site’ jobs at Bristol Airport.
Ryanair’s Summer-2016 Edinburgh schedule includes a new route to Copenhagen (four weekly), and more flights on nine other routes in addition to increasing its Edinburgh – London route to five times daily. The schedule includes 33 routes with more flights to Alicante, Barcelona, Brussels, Gdansk, Krakow, London, Malaga, Malta and Palma. The summer schedule will deliver 2.3m customers p.a. and support 1,725 ‘on-site’ jobs at Edinburgh Airport.
In celebrating the launch of Summer-2016 schedule, Ryanair has released 100,000 seats at Glasgow, Bristol and Edinburgh for sale across its European network at fares starting from GBP19.99, which are available for booking until midnight Thursday (October 1).
