My Booking Rewards (MBR) continues to achieve unprecedented earnings. The company’s 2024 campaign has resulted in a 61% rise in agent rewards compared to the previous year.

Between December 2023 and April 2024, UK agents working with MBR earned £197,000 in tangible rewards. This was achieved by logging over 28,000 bookings, leading to sales revenue of more than £200 million. The company’s success is driven by its innovative agent rewards and incentives programmes.

With more than 28,000 bookings, My Booking Rewards has set a new standard in the industry for agent engagement. The programme has successfully attracted approximately 2,000 new agents within the year, eager to benefit from the rewards offered. The incentives, ranging from cash payments to free room nights and exclusive fam trip places, have proven to be significant motivators.

According to Chief Executive Darren Pearson, the momentum of the campaign shows no signs of slowing. Pearson states that the continuation of this trend is evident in the consistently high logging of bookings by agents. “Logged bookings haven’t once faltered in pace,” he remarked, pointing to the ongoing benefits reaped by both agents and suppliers.

The awards serve as a testament to MBR’s commitment to recognising and rewarding excellence within the industry. The event has become a benchmark for evaluating successful agent contributions and incentivising future performance.

The accessibility and user-friendliness of the portal have been key in attracting and retaining a large network of agents. With over 40,000 agents actively engaging, the portal acts as a central hub for all activities related to bookings and rewards.

The collaborative strategies have also resulted in a diverse range of compelling offers and incentives, ensuring that the agents have attractive options to present to their clients. This has been pivotal in maintaining high levels of bookings and engagement.

The management remains confident that its current upward trajectory will continue, driven by innovation and strategic partnerships.

The impressive earnings record set by My Booking Rewards underscores its pivotal role in the travel industry. The company’s commitment to agent engagement and supplier partnerships continues to be its driving force for sustained success.

My Booking Rewards’ continued success sets a benchmark in the travel sector. The company’s initiative in rewarding agents and fostering supplier relationships ensures a thriving business model, promising further growth and achievements.
