Fred Olsen Travel is gearing up for a pivotal two-day conference in April, set to be its largest yet. The event promises a blend of strategic discussions and networking opportunities.

Taking place at the De Vere Latimer Estate, participants will engage in business sessions aimed at fostering growth and collaboration.

Fred Olsen Travel is set to host its most expansive two-day conference yet at the De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. Kicking off on 23rd April, the event promises a rich itinerary with a blend of business sessions, networking opportunities, and formal gatherings. Attendees will be engaged in activities designed to foster connections and inspire growth across the organisation.

Central to the conference will be an exploration of growth strategies and opportunities aimed at capitalising on the agency’s momentum from a record-breaking 2023. Paul Hardwick, Director of Retail Sales, emphasises the importance of not only maintaining but enhancing the agency’s performance. “The focus will be on building on current success and supporting our teams,” Hardwick explained, alluding to the theme ‘Don’t Stop Us Now’.

Day two continues the momentum with further business discussions, a speed-dating session, and a marketplace gathering, culminating in a convivial BBQ dinner. These sessions aim to deepen relationships and explore new business avenues.

The conference marks the inaugural occasion where all sales facets – including shops, franchisees, and licensee members – will converge, signifying a milestone in the company’s collaborative efforts. Fred Olsen Travel’s growth to 19 branches as of November 2023 underscores the potential for network expansion.

The establishment of the Worthing store stands as a testament to Fred Olsen Travel’s progressive expansion strategy. The agency is also keen on nurturing talent through its in-house training academy, further solidifying its commitment to growth.

Concluding its largest conference to date, Fred Olsen Travel is well-positioned for growth. The event fostered relationships and set the stage for future achievements.

The comprehensive agenda ensured that attendees left with actionable insights and strengthened connections.
