As part of a renewed initiative, Cunard has re-invited 300 travel agents for an exclusive visit aboard the new Queen Anne ship. This comes after a previously scheduled overnight test voyage was cancelled to finalise preparations.

The visit, slated for June 7, aims to offer agents an immersive experience, despite the initial event’s cancellation due to necessary finishing touches. Agents will enjoy a comprehensive ship tour and a special lunch, ensuring a memorable day with Cunard.

The original overnight test voyage for the Queen Anne was expected to take place on April 29 but was postponed. Cunard cites the need for additional finishing touches at the shipyard in Venice as the reason for the delay. Now, the rescheduled event on June 7 will provide agents with a day-long experience onboard.

Katie McAlister, President of Cunard, ensured that although the agents missed the overnight stay, they would have access to unparalleled hospitality and insight into what makes the Queen Anne distinctive.

While the specifics of the event remain under wraps, the emphasis is on delivering an authentic taste of what future passengers will experience on the Queen Anne.

The ship’s design incorporates cutting-edge technology for both comfort and efficiency, demonstrating Cunard’s alignment with contemporary travel demands.

Amidst preparations, Cunard remains tight-lipped about the selected godperson, adding to the anticipatory environment surrounding the June event.

By engaging with agents, Cunard aims to underscore its dedication to partnership and excellence, elements critical in fostering future collaborations.

This event highlights Cunard’s forward-thinking approach and commitment to industry partnerships. Agents will leave with enhanced knowledge and experience, factors that are likely to influence their client offerings positively.
