Classic Collection has launched a new streamlined booking platform, centralising its operations under a single, unified brand. This development promises enhanced flexibility and product choices for travel agents.

Classic Collection, a renowned name in the travel business, has rolled out a revamped booking platform under a unified brand structure. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing product offerings and booking ease for trade partners. The company previously managed two separate brands, but has now streamlined operations into a single, more efficient platform.

To ensure a smooth transition, Classic Collection engaged more than 150 trade partners across key locations such as Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, and Belfast in face-to-face events. Additionally, over 300 agents had the opportunity to preview the platform through an online webinar. This comprehensive engagement strategy underscores the company’s commitment to its partners. “From today we are giving agents the chance to book with a 100% trade-focused operator,” stated Si Morris-Green, B2B Director.

Morris-Green highlighted the platform’s ability to capitalize on the growth in short-haul airline capacity for 2024, with flights available from more than 20 UK airports. This adaptability allows agents to tailor their offerings, adjusting commission levels to suit customer needs, while providing an option for tailor-made holidays via phone.

Classic Collection aims to leverage its smaller market size to offer enhanced customer service, a longstanding hallmark of the brand. By maintaining a more exclusive customer base, the company can focus on retaining and expanding its clientele.

These offers are designed to stimulate interest in the new platform and encourage agents to explore its capabilities. Classic Collection’s strategic focus is on empowering agents to attract new clients while nurturing their existing customer base.

Customer loyalty remains a core objective, with initiatives in place to ensure agents are well-equipped to provide exceptional service. This partnership-focused strategy aims to build trust and deliver value, reinforcing Classic Collection’s brand reputation as a reliable operator.

The new platform serves as a foundation for future innovations, with Classic Collection poised to expand its reach and service offerings further. With this strategic realignment completed, the brand is set to take full advantage of emerging opportunities in the travel sector.

The unveiling of Classic Collection’s revamped platform marks a significant milestone in its operational strategy. By consolidating two brands into a single, streamlined platform, the company has enhanced its trade offerings and reinforced its commitment to providing superior service.

With the launch of its revamped platform, Classic Collection is well-positioned to offer superior service and product offerings, strengthening its relationships with trade partners and customers.
