Audley Travel launches enhanced marketing assets to support agents with new global brochures.

    • Agents now have access to destination-themed videos to amplify client engagement.
    • The updated ‘The World Your Way’ brochure shifts focus to agent-client interactions.
    • New materials offer a variety of formats to suit diverse agent needs including digital and print.
    • Greg Thurston highlights the benefits of the new marketing tools for agents.

Audley Travel has introduced a comprehensive array of marketing materials to bolster the support it provides to travel agents. This initiative coincides with the release of an updated global brochure, demonstrating Audley’s commitment to enhancing agent resources. These new assets include visually engaging window posters and social media advertisements that highlight experiences in prominent destinations.

These marketing innovations are designed specifically to motivate client interactions with travel agents, reinforcing the importance of personalised travel advice. Destination-themed videos for locations such as Thailand, Japan, South Africa, and the United States have been crafted for agents to distribute via their social platforms, aiming to captivate and inform potential travellers.

The refreshed ‘The World Your Way’ brochure epitomises a shift from traditional Audley-centric promotions to a model encouraging direct client-agent engagement. This 192-page publication eschews the typical promotional links to Audley’s website or service numbers, opting instead for an approach that directs clients to ‘speak to your travel agent to start planning’. Such strategic alterations aim to empower agents and underscore their role as travel advisors.

Audley has ensured these resources are versatile, acknowledging the varied operational styles of its partner agents. Whether through printed materials for face-to-face meetings, window displays to entice foot traffic, or digital content for remote workers, all agents are equipped to better serve their clientele.

Greg Thurston, Audley’s Trade Sales Manager, expressed enthusiasm about the initiative, stating, “I’m delighted to be able to share these new marketing materials, as well as the updated ‘The World Your Way’ brochure with agents. Something is available for agents however they work, whether they need printed materials to share with a customer face-to-face, window displays to catch the attention of passers-by, or digital assets for homeworkers.”

By providing these innovative tools, Audley Travel reinforces its support for travel agents and enhances client engagement.
