DIGITRIPS Unveils FREEZE: Lock in Flight Fares for 12 Months with No Commitment

DIGITRIPS, the French travel tech company behind the B2B and B2C platform MisterFly, has introduced FREEZE—the only feature on the market that allows travelers to lock in flight prices for up to 12 months without any commitment.

Unlike traditional price freeze tools that offer only a few hours or days of protection, FREEZE lets travelers secure the best airfare months in advance and decide up to 10 days before departure whether to confirm or release the fare. This game-changing feature removes the stress of fluctuating airfare prices and provides unparalleled flexibility in trip planning.

Carlos Da Silva, Co-Founder of DIGITRIPS, said: “Airfare prices are constantly fluctuating, making it difficult for travellers to know the right moment to book. With FREEZE, we’re removing that uncertainty by allowing them to lock in a great fare and decide later, without the risk of price increases.

“This game-changing feature is a testament to our commitment to bringing greater flexibility and peace of mind to travellers, redefining the flight booking experience.”

MisterFly’s data shows that booking a ticket six months in advance can save travellers between 30% and 50% compared to booking just 10 days before departure. *

Over the coming months, DIGITRIPS will empower all e-commerce platforms using its flight distribution solutions – whether white-label or under the MisterFly brand – to offer this feature to their customers.

The announcement solidifies the company’s position as a technological leader in the online travel sector, consistently delivering innovative solutions to enhance the booking experience.
