Google will make its first appearance at ITQ with account strategist travel, Ludovic Carrasco, revealing holiday search trends by consumers, current social media behaviour and future travel predictions for 2040.

Several InteleTravel senior executives from the US will be presenting on the benefits of AI and new tools to support advisors.

White Hart Associates head of travel and leisure Chris Photi will present on the latest booking trends and ABTA director of industry relations Susan Deer will tackle the challenges of over-tourism.

Over 45 suppliers will attend to unveil product updates, with many of them holding dedicated classroom sessions and activities to engage agents.

InteleTravel UK and Ireland managing director Tricia Handley-Hughes said: “As we mature and go from strength to strength both in the UK and Ireland, we are seeing increasing advisor productivity and confidence.

“The focus this year is very much on looking further ahead which is reflected in the content, and on equipping agents with new skillsets.  I am very excited for what will be, without doubt, our biggest and best conference yet.”
