Crystal Cruises, a US-based cruise company, is offering a new solo travellers’ sale on its autumn Mediterranean voyages.
The cruise line is offering solo travellers a stateroom of their own during this sale of eight 11-day and 12-day Crystal Serenity sailings to the Black Sea, Middle East, Canary Islands, and the Mediterranean. The sale fares are available on departures commencing on September 6, 2012, for a 10 percent solo supplement, which will save single travellers around £576 on the standard price for a private, deluxe outside stateroom, Category C.
Jack Anderson, the company senior vice president of marketing and sales, said, ‘A Crystal cruise is a wonderful option for solo travellers who seek luxury and pampering while on vacation and also the fast, easy friendships that are made on board. This is an ideal opportunity for cruisers indulging in a room all to themselves to realise significant savings and value with the World’s Best Cruise Line.’
The all-inclusive luxury cruises will be embarking in Athens (Greece), Istanbul (Turkey), Venice (Italy), Barcelona (Spain), and Lisbon (Portugal) from September to November, and include overnight visits and additional time at large ports in Italy, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Montenegro, Israel, Croatia, Morocco and the Canary Islands.
Previously the company had announced an expanded entertainment programme for its European voyage in 2012. The cruise line is offering performances by celebrated local performers, showcasing their homelands’ culture and customs. The cruise entertainment programme is being offered on 26 luxury cruises onboard the Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity ships.
