Norwich International Airport has invited its customers and the general public to attend its annual Travel Show on Saturday January 25, from 10am to 3pm in the airport terminal building.
The Show provides an opportunity for visitors to chat with experts in the holiday and travel market, offering holiday inspiration and ideas for travellers and holidaymakers. There will be over 20 tour operator, airline and local business representatives offering first hand destination and product advice on their departures from Norwich International throughout 2014.
The airport says that the day has been a huge success in the past, with people keen to book their holidays and annual travels. It added that this year, any holiday bookings made on the day will receive free holiday parking at Norwich International, plus a booking discount of up to 5 percent.
The Airport will also conduct a prize draw that will take place at 3pm. Prizes include; return flight tickets, helicopter pleasure flight and flying lessons, among others.
Free-to-enter competitions will also take place on individual stands throughout the day, with prize giveaways.
The Travel Show is open to everyone, with free entry and free parking for all visitors in the short stay car park.
The Travel Show comes as many airlines have added new flights and confirmed their commitment to the Airport for 2014. Holiday company Thomson and First Choice has confirmed its commitment to the airport, offering flights to key destinations for Summer 2014 that include Corfu, Dalaman (Turkey), Ibiza, Tunisia, Palma (Majorca) and Tenerife (which operates year round).
While Flybe is set to withdraw from Norwich by the end of March, Scottish airline, Loganair, said that it will increase the frequency of its services between Norwich and Edinburgh.
Furthermore, Air Malta, Malta’s national airline, has also announced recently that it will add an extra four departures as a prelude to its summer 2014 charter season.
