Ryanair has announced a substantial recruitment initiative to hire 150 cabin crew members for its base at Stansted Airport.

This move underscores the airline’s commitment to expanding its operations, with recruitment events scheduled in Chelmsford, Colchester, and Stevenage.

The no-frills carrier, Ryanair, has staged three significant recruitment events in January targeting prospective cabin crew members. These events are scheduled at Chelmsford on January 10, Colchester on January 18, and Stevenage on January 24. These recruitment events aim to attract eager applicants ready to join Ryanair’s dynamic team and contribute to its well-established reputation in the aviation industry.

Candidates selected for the Stansted base will benefit from a unique work schedule of five days on, followed by three days off.

Ryanair is introducing a one-time £1,200 joining allowance for new recruits, enhancing the appeal of these positions. Additionally, discounted travel across Ryanair’s extensive network is part of the package, offering financial and lifestyle advantages to employees.

Darrell Hughes, Ryanair’s Chief People Officer, expressed enthusiasm over this recruitment drive, highlighting the company’s growth plans.

“We are delighted to announce this major recruitment drive,” Hughes stated, adding that Ryanair aims to carry 300 million passengers by 2034. The opportunities for fast-track promotions within the company further highlight the potential for career advancement among recruits.

Ryanair’s strategic expansion plans place high value on the contribution of its cabin crew, emphasising the importance of this recruitment initiative in achieving long-term goals.

Ryanair emphasises that these cabin crew positions are among the best in the aviation industry. The airline prioritises rewarding hard work with numerous possibilities for career growth.

Interactions at these events are designed to be informative, aiming to clarify any queries potential recruits might have.
