Kiril Mischeff, a prominent supplier to the food and beverage sector, has strengthened its expanding portfolio with the acquisition of Minster Fine Foods Ltd, based in South Lincolnshire.
As one of Europe’s leading providers of food ingredients and products to manufacturers, foodservice operators and retailers, Kiril Mischeff completed the purchase with legal guidance from Yorkshire commercial law firm Schofield Sweeney.
Minster Fine Foods, founded in 1993, is a specialist importer of continental delicatessen meats, supplying multiple retailers, wholesalers, foodservice businesses and the industrial food market. Originally established in Minster on the Isle of Sheppey and now operating from the market town of Bourne, the company employs six staff.

Minster Fine Foods received legal advice from Peterborough firm Hegarty Solicitors, with corporate finance and accountancy support provided by Price Bailey.
