Ambassador Cruise Line is renewing its collaboration with ORCA, a respected marine conservation charity, by launching 21 innovative no-fly itineraries for the 2025/26 season.

These voyages promise unique opportunities for guests to participate in vital marine life research while enjoying stunning oceanic vistas.

Ambassador Cruise Line’s renewed partnership with ORCA underscores a shared dedication to marine conservation, with both parties working towards enhancing oceanic habitat safety.

The initiative involves voyages aboard the Ambience and Ambition ships, offering routes essential for ORCA’s ongoing research efforts.

Passengers will engage in comprehensive educational programmes, including lectures, Q&A sessions, and deck activities to observe marine life, integrating conservation education.

    >Integration of the ORCA Ocean Watchers app allows guests to contribute scientifically by reporting sightings, which aids ORCA’s global conservation initiatives.

The Iberian Multigenerational Adventure (10-22 August 2025) and the Land of the Northern Lights (22 March – 4 April 2026) are among the most awaited trips.

Each journey provides unprecedented opportunities for wildlife observation, including migratory fin whales and diverse Norwegian sea life such as orcas and humpback whales.

Ambience and Ambition feature enrichment areas, complete with instructional materials on marine species like whales and dolphins.

This educational focus further supports ORCA’s mission to protect vulnerable marine ecosystems worldwide.

Christian Verhounig, CEO of Ambassador Cruise Line, expressed pride in the collaboration with ORCA, highlighting its significance for both guest awareness and marine protection.

Steve Jones of ORCA emphasised the critical data collection and educational outreach enabled by this partnership.

These conservation efforts led to over 8,062 sightings in the previous season, showcasing the initiative’s effectiveness.

The partnership between Ambassador and ORCA signifies a meaningful advancement in environmental tourism, marrying leisure with conservation.

Such collaborations are poised to offer lasting benefits for marine ecosystems and travellers seeking deeper engagement with natural habitats.
