Globus has announced a significant restructuring to bolster its trade operations, appointing Jayne Lambert as the new key account manager. This move is part of a broader strategy to strengthen their travel trade partnerships.

With several new appointments, including Kelly Calver and Ryan Readman, Globus aims to enhance its support for specialist cruise agencies and expand its reach within the industry. The changes reflect a commitment to integrating expert knowledge and experience into their business development initiatives.

Jayne Lambert has been appointed as the key account manager at Globus, following her departure from AMA Waterways. Lambert will be pivotal in spearheading the company’s efforts to enhance partnerships with cruise agencies. This appointment is part of a broader restructuring aimed at underlining the importance of the travel trade in Globus’ sales strategy.

Ryan Readman has also joined Globus as business development manager for the northern region. Readman brings extensive experience from his previous roles at Ambassador Cruise Lines, Scenic, and Emerald, enhancing Globus’s regional outreach.

Lesley Taylor, UK Managing Director, shared excitement over the team’s formation. She sees this restructure as aligning with the company’s goal to support travel agents, which, in turn, boosts ongoing sales.

This strategic division allows Globus to streamline operations, ensuring each sector receives the specialised attention necessary to thrive within the competitive cruise market.

Lesley Taylor expressed optimism about the future, citing the potential for growth through these strategic changes and innovations.

The company anticipates that these changes will lead to increased sales and stronger industry partnerships. With a robust team in place, Globus is well-positioned to navigate the evolving dynamics of the travel sector.

The company’s focus on leveraging expertise and fostering partnerships is poised to drive growth and innovation in the coming years.
