Renowned for his culinary excellence, Michel Roux, a chef who has earned two Michelin stars, is set to embark on another exclusive series of residencies with Cunard. The collaboration, known as Le Gavroche at Sea, will include four distinct residencies during 2025 onboard the Queen Anne and Queen Mary 2. This partnership will offer passengers a unique opportunity to experience world-class dining on the high seas.

Le Gavroche at Sea: A Unique Dining Experience

The four residencies are planned to coincide with Norway-bound voyages, which are slated between April and August 2025. Each ship, the Queen Anne and Queen Mary 2, will host two of these prestigious events. Notably, Queen Mary 2 will begin with a five-night residency at The Verandah, featuring a five-course seafood-focused menu during a fjords round trip commencing on 6 April. Roux’s presence will also enhance Queen Anne’s dining with notable culinary specialties. The experience promises exceptional flavours and memorable dining adventures.

Details of the Exclusive Dining Events

Michel Roux will make his mark with a collection of signature seafood specialties and culinary classics at Sir Samuels during Queen Anne’s voyage on 11 May. Following this, on 15 August, Roux returns to Queen Mary 2’s Verandah for another captivating engagement before concluding his quartet of residencies on Queen Anne on 31 August. These exclusive events will be ticketed separately, accommodating 60 diners at The Verandah and 50 at Sir Samuels each evening.
