Royal Caribbean International has announced significant changes in its UK sales leadership team with the appointment of Aaron Langford as senior sales director.

Following the departure of Stuart Byron, Langford will be taking the helm with a focus on advancing Royal Caribbean’s market position and trade partnerships in the UK and Ireland.

Royal Caribbean is undergoing a significant shift in its sales leadership within the UK and Ireland. Aaron Langford has been appointed as the new senior sales director, succeeding Stuart Byron who has left to pursue opportunities outside the cruise industry. Langford’s appointment reflects Royal Caribbean’s commitment to fortifying its presence in key markets, particularly the UK, which is seen as crucial for the brand’s expansion strategy.

Langford started his new role in June, marking a familiar return to Royal Caribbean’s UK leadership team. His experiences in both revenue management and international market development are expected to play a pivotal role in steering the company’s sales operations toward success.

Lewis, who has over 30 years of experience with the company, will continue to manage the UK’s sales operations until Langford fully assumes his new responsibilities. Her promotion underscores Royal Caribbean’s dedication to recognising and nurturing internal talent.

He stated, “Having worked hand in hand with Aaron over the years, I am delighted to welcome him back to the UK to take on an exciting new challenge in his career.”

Through these strategic appointments, Royal Caribbean aims to enhance its reputation as a leading cruise operator with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.

The emphasis on strengthening trade partnerships and advancing market strategies highlights the company’s commitment to achieving long-term objectives.
