Thomas Morgan, previously the head of international sales at Riviera Travel, is embarking on a new journey with G Touring. His experience in developing agency sales strategies is expected to be a valuable asset in his new role.

Thomas Morgan joined Riviera Travel in 2014 as a key account manager. Over the years, he progressed through significant roles, becoming the head of international sales. His career there was marked by strategic growth initiatives and collaborative team efforts, all contributing to the company’s expansion within the travel sector.

Morgan’s new position at G Touring marks an exciting chapter as he steps in as trade sales director. This role encompasses promoting the company’s escorted holiday brands, Travelsphere and Just You, with a focus on strengthening ties with travel agencies.

Expressing enthusiasm for his new role, Morgan stated, “Joining such a respected travel brand is an honour, and I am excited to contribute to their ambitious plans for growth and success.”

At G Touring, Morgan will be instrumental in realising the strategic goals set by the leadership team.

Adam Kemp, managing director at G Touring, noted, “Building and maintaining strong relationships with our trade partners has, and will always be, a key focus for G Touring.” Morgan’s track record suggests he is well-equipped to navigate these challenges.

The transition follows notable changes at Riviera Travel, including the departure of former key account manager Paul Mellon.

Riviera Travel is set to launch new ships in 2025, notably the Riviera Radiance and Riviera Rose, expected to enhance their offerings with unprecedented features.

Riviera Travel’s decision to launch two new ships indicates a strategic move to enhance their market position.

As the industry evolves, the integration of Morgan’s expertise could lead to enhanced business opportunities, reflecting positively on G Touring’s aspirations.

The collaboration between Morgan and G Touring signals potential for exciting developments, promising a strengthened presence within the travel sector for G Touring.

As Thomas Morgan joins G Touring, his extensive experience and strategic acumen are set to play a crucial role in driving future success. His transition marks a significant shift within the travel industry, promising growth and enhanced collaborations.
