easyJet, the UK-based low fares airline, is set to launch its 20th birthday sale today (December 23), offering up to 20 percent off on 500,000 seats to and from the UK.
The discount offer is available on flight bookings made between the afternoon of December 23 2015 and midnight on January 13, 2016 for travel from February 4, 2016 to July 6, 2016.
The budget airline is offering discounted prices to many of the most popular destinations from the UK including to ski and city break Geneva, popular sun destinations like Alicante, and cultural spots such as Marrakech. The sale also includes deals on popular UK destinations like Bristol, Newcastle and Manchester.
Peter Duffy, easyJet’s commercial director said: ‘We’re delighted to be celebrating easyJet’s operation over the past two decades by launching our twentieth birthday sale.
’20 years ago easyJet changed the way Europe travelled. We challenged the high price monopolies of the legacy airlines and enabled a new generation of people of all ages, incomes and interests to enjoy Europe.
