For a limited time, two-Michelin-starred Chef Nino Di Costanzo is set to dazzle guests at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru with an immersive dining experience unlike any other.
From 11 November 2024, Di Costanzo, celebrated for his world-renowned restaurant Danì Maison on the Italian island of Ischia, will take over the resort’s Blu Beach Club. This unique collaboration will blend Mediterranean essence with the local ingredients of the Maldives, creating a sensorial feast set in the pristine Baa Atoll UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.
Chef Nino Di Costanzo, famed for his meticulous, emotion-driven approach to cooking, brings an exclusive opportunity for guests to experience a fusion of Maldivian and Mediterranean cuisines. Inspired by the native ingredients of both Ischia and the Maldives, Di Costanzo’s residency will unite his own culinary team from Danì Maison with Blu Beach Club’s chefs, enriching both teams in a cultural exchange centred on artistry and local harvests.
Di Costanzo’s gastronomic residency will be staged in two week-long events: from 11-17 November 2024 and 13-19 February 2025. For those who cannot attend these sessions, Blu Beach Club will offer an exclusive menu curated by the chef himself throughout the year, with only two tables available per evening.
Landaa Giraavaru’s General Manager, Armando Kraenzlin, emphasises the resort’s excitement: “This collaboration with Chef Nino offers our guests not only a world-class dining experience but a rare glimpse into a culinary journey led by one of the finest chefs globally.” Chef Di Costanzo’s intricate dishes, crafted to evoke memory and awe, embody the resort’s commitment to immersive, nature-inspired luxury.
