The flight and holiday company was ranked 29 out of a total of 315 brands in 2018 for delivering excellent customer service in the 2018 UK Customer Experience Excellence Analysis, published by KPMG Nunwood. The research by KPMG Nunwood was collected via an online survey where over 10,000 UK customers were interviewed.
