    A prestigious chef expands his culinary offerings with a luxurious chef’s table.

    • Hrishikesh Desai, a celebrated chef, will launch an exclusive chef’s table at Farlam Hall.
    • The chef’s table will feature a 16-course menu using ingredients from Farlam’s kitchen garden.
    • A Michelin star holder, Desai will provide a private dining experience for up to 10 guests.

    Renowned chef Hrishikesh Desai is set to elevate the dining experience at Farlam Hall with the introduction of an exclusive chef’s table. This unique offering will bring a luxurious, intimate dining experience to a select number of guests.

    Known for his exceptional culinary skills, Desai’s new venture, dubbed ‘Hrishi’s Table,’ promises a 16-course menu that showcases the finest ingredients directly sourced from Farlam Hall’s flourishing kitchen garden.

    Desai’s illustrious career includes being named Hotel Chef of the Year at the 2021 Hotel Cateys while serving at the Gilpin Hotel & Lake House. Further cementing his culinary prestige, The Cedar Tree by Hrishikesh Desai was awarded a Michelin star this year.

    The chef’s table will accommodate up to 10 guests, creating an exclusive and personalised dining environment. The menu will be expertly paired with a selection of wines curated by Farlam Hall’s in-house sommelier.

    In addition to the extraordinary culinary experience, guests have the opportunity to extend their visit, incorporating a residential aspect into their stay at the charming country house hotel, which is part of the Relais & Chateaux collection.

    Hrishikesh Desai’s chef’s table at Farlam Hall represents a harmonious blend of luxury, exclusivity, and culinary excellence.
