The Park Inn by Radisson Odintsovo Greater Moscow hotel has planned to open in Moscow, Russia.
The 122-room hotel is owned by Belgium-based hotel company, Rezidor Hotel Group, and will be a member of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. The property is expected to open in mid 2013, and will be located close to Skolkovo, near the business centre of Odintsovo. The location of the hotel is in the centre of the city of Odintsovo.
Kurt Ritter, the president and chief executive officer of Rezidor, said, ‘Russia and its capital city Moscow are a key development market for our dynamic mid-market brand Park Inn by Radisson. Our brand portfolio in the country now comprises 25 hotels with 6,300 rooms in operation or under development, and we are looking forward to further strengthening our Park Inn by Radisson footprint in Russia.’
The hotel will be featuring 122 guestrooms; an all-day dining restaurant; a lobby bar; event spaces and facilities; a fitness area; and an enclosed parking area. The hotel is adjacent to Moscow’s Vnukovo International Airport offering direct flights to Europe on main airlines.
The Skolkovo Innovation Centre, located next to the hotel, will be open in 2014, and will offer a contemporary commercial and educational complex, for use by technology-based information communication, biomedicine, space, and nuclear companies. The property also hosts Sberbank’s National Corporate University, whose professionals will also be able to find accommodation close to their place of work at the hotel.
