    Caribtours Names New Trade Sales Manager to Boost UK Presence

    Caribtours has announced the appointment of Elaine Jones as the new trade sales manager for the UK, emphasising its commitment to expanding its market presence.

    With three decades in luxury travel, Elaine Jones is set to enhance Caribtours’ relationships with independent travel agents across the UK, supporting its strategy for growth and innovation.

    Elaine Jones has been appointed as the new trade sales manager for Caribtours in the UK. With an extensive 30-year experience in the luxury travel market, Elaine brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role. Previously, she worked in sales and marketing with Bespoke Earth, and her background includes working with ITC Travel Group and North America Travel Service.

    Elaine Jones’s appointment is a strategic move for Caribtours as it aims to enhance its presence across the UK. This new role was created to strengthen relationships with independent UK travel agents and focus on developing new business opportunities. Elaine’s significant experience in both hotel representation and luxury tour operations makes her an ideal candidate to spearhead this initiative.

    Caribtours’ chief executive, Paul Cleary, stated that the creation of Elaine’s role underlines the company’s commitment to supporting independent travel agents. Cleary highlighted how this position, reporting to head of sales Rebecca Bryson, is integral to their strategy. “Elaine has a deep understanding of the Caribtours portfolio and maintains excellent trade relationships,” Cleary noted.
