The On the Beach-owned Classic Collection has unveiled its strategic transition to a single brand within its B2B operations. This move aims to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

Expected by mid-June, the transition will consolidate Classic Collection Holidays and Classic Package Holidays under the unified Classic Collection brand, dedicated exclusively to trade.

The shift to a single-brand model comes after a comprehensive six-week strategic review. This approach is designed to simplify the business structure and enhance operational efficiency.

By adopting a singular platform solution, Classic Collection aims to leverage new growth opportunities to benefit agent partners and suppliers. This transformation is central to maintaining competitiveness in a challenging market.

Classic Collection’s restructure emphasises its commitment to trade-only operations with a 24/7 booking platform. This platform will offer an extensive selection of over 5,000 hotels across 70 destinations.

The company ensures premium customer service through features such as varied flight options, resort transfers, and luggage choices, catering to single-centre holidays.

For complex itineraries, ‘Tailor-made by Classic Collection’ offers bespoke travel advice, serving luxury rail journeys and boutique cruises.

Included are standard hold luggage and private resort transfers. A 24/7 resort service further enhances the tailored travel experience.

These offerings solidify Classic Collection’s market leadership and ensure a comprehensive service spectrum for discerning travellers.

Director Si Morris-Green highlighted that the new structure strengthens Classic Collection’s trade-focused service proposition. The company pledges to support its partners with leading product variety and superior service.

The restructure is positioned as an exciting new chapter, bolstering agents’ capabilities to deliver exceptional experiences to customers.

Embracing innovation and adaptability, the brand is well-positioned to navigate evolving market dynamics and meet partner needs.

Si Morris-Green expressed gratitude towards trade partners for their enduring support during this transition. Emphasising a 100% trade-focused team, Classic Collection is dedicated to collaboration and success.

The company reassures its commitment to delivering outstanding service and high-quality products to agents and customers alike.

The new brand reflects Classic Collection’s heritage and expertise in delivering top-tier customer service. It demonstrates the company’s dedication to sustaining its leadership in the UK travel industry.

Classic Collection’s transition to a single-brand strategy underscores its drive for efficiency and growth. This initiative enhances its service capabilities, reaffirming its role as a trusted partner in the travel sector.
