The deadline for registering at reduced rates for the upcoming Travel Convention in Greece is swiftly approaching. Do not miss the chance to secure your spot.

With only days left, travel agents, tour operators, and suppliers are urged to register by Friday to benefit from the special early bird fees, ensuring valuable insights into the industry’s future.

Early Bird Registration Rates Ending Soon

Travel professionals looking to attend the Abta Travel Convention in Greece this October need to act quickly to take advantage of the ‘early bird’ registration rates. Registrations must be completed by July 19th to enjoy the discounted price of £695 for Abta members and the first attendee from each partner organisation. For other delegates, the registration fee stands at £795 before the deadline.

Post-July 19th, registration fees will rise significantly, with members having to pay £850 and partners and other delegates £950. This swift increase underscores the importance of early registration for budget-conscious participants.

    Keynote Speakers and Themes

One of the event’s highlights is the participation of Johan Lundgren, EasyJet’s CEO, who is scheduled to deliver a keynote address. The convention, set to take place from October 7th to 9th in Costa Navarino, Greece, will be among his last industry appearances before he steps down later this year.

The central theme, ‘Shaping Our Future,’ will be dissected by Lundgren alongside other prominent industry figures. Their insights will delve into how economic, social, and technological forces are shaping consumer markets amidst evolving travel landscapes.

    Insights from Leading Experts

The convention will see esteemed presenter and travel writer, Jonathan Samuels, moderating the discussions, providing a seamless flow of sessions.

    Core Agenda and Objectives

The agenda focuses on four core pillars: ‘Our World’, ‘Our Industry’, ‘Your Business’, and ‘Your Network’. These pillars aim to ensure that delegates are equipped with the knowledge needed to thrive in future industry developments.

‘Our World’ aims at interpreting global events and providing strategies to adapt to forthcoming changes, while ‘Our Industry’ addresses recent developments and future challenges with expert advice.

Attendees will find valuable insights into workforce trends, technological advancements, and innovation in the ‘Your Business’ section. ‘Your Network’ encourages delegates to connect and share ideas with peers.

    Strategic Networking Opportunities

The convention offers unparalleled networking opportunities, allowing delegates to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones. These connections are vital for exchanging ideas and exploring potential collaborations.

Participants are encouraged to engage with industry leaders and peers, fostering a collaborative environment. Industry growth is often spurred by such interactions and exchange of innovative solutions.
